1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
2. Shipping Destinations
Verdante Ag currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations may be available — please contact us at info@verdanteag.com for availability and rates.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout: Standard Shipping 5-8 days delivery time.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and delivery address. Verdante Ag products — particularly the 1 Gallon and 2.5 Gallon sizes — are liquid concentrates and may incur weight-based shipping fees.

5. Subscription Order Shipping
For customers enrolled in the monthly Subscribe & Save plan, orders are automatically processed and shipped on your recurring billing date. You will receive an advance shipping notification before each scheduled shipment. If you need to update your shipping address or delay a shipment, please do so through the customer portal or by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking information within three [3] business days of your order, please contact us at info@verdanteag.com.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Verdante Ag takes great care in packaging our liquid products to prevent leakage or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within seven [7] days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Verdante Ag is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carrier error, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters).
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Verdante Ag is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@verdanteag.com. We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in fulfillment.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be issued for the product cost minus original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred.
