General

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of verdanteag.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products sold by Verdante ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Products & Descriptions

Verdante sells all-natural liquid soil conditioner for lawn and garden use. We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, application instructions, and results. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content is completely accurate, current, or error-free.

Results from soil conditioners vary based on soil composition, climate, application method, and other environmental factors. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance of the item you receive.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be verified.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address.
Order confirmation emails are sent upon successful payment. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order ships.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
To cancel, email support@verdanteag.com with your order number and the subject line: ORDER CANCELLATION.
Orders that have already been packed or handed off to a carrier cannot be cancelled. In these cases, please follow our Return process once you receive the item.
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Free Shipping: Available on orders of $50 or more

Verdant Eag ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We are not currently able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Delivery issues: If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please allow one additional business day before contacting us — carrier delays are common. For packages lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Verdant Eag is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in original or near-original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, email support@verdanteag.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Products purchased at a discount or with a promotional code are final sale. Bulk orders of 12 or more units are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@verdanteag.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You are not required to return the damaged item.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or product variant are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to available inventory. If the requested item differs in price, the difference will be charged or credited accordingly. Contact us to begin an exchange.

Subscription Orders

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program, the following applies:

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to take effect for that billing cycle.
Subscription orders are covered under the same Return, Refund, and Cancellation policies described in these Terms.
By subscribing, you authorize Verdant Eag to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product names, and branding — is the property of Verdant Eag and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Verdant Eag does not guarantee specific results from product use, as outcomes vary based on environmental conditions, soil type, and application practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdant Eag disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verdant Eag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or the Site. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in TX.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
