No Returns on Liquid Products

Due to the nature of our products — which are liquid-based plant foods and fertilisers — we are unable to accept physical returns once an order has been dispatched. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of our products for all customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address]. We ask that you provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon review, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
